He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cecile and Stanley I. Elliott; and his siblings, Herb, Bob and Sandra Sarotnak.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Elliott (Rice); his daughters, Vicki Moreau (Glen), Deborah Beacham (Donald) and Sharon Elliott-Sullivan (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Jason, Marc Moreau, Jazmin Beacham, Heather George, Eva, Dylan and Dr. Aubrey Sullivan. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
