We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2024, at the age of 91, Rose-Maria Braun of Glastonbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Rose-Maria departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rose-Maria may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rose-Maria leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Marohl and Charlotte Marohl (Schwarz); and her husband Karl Braun. She is survived by: her children, Patti Hedges (Tom Hedges), Jeanette Thomson (Elisa Marenghi), Gerard Braun and Stephan Braun (Nancy); her brothers, Jurgen Marohl of Berlin and Dieter Marohl of Carrollton; and her caregiver Christabel. She is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses.
