She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Flora Kelly Stevenson; and her husband Robert C. Valentine. She is survived by: her children, Anne D'Angelo (Gene), Bill Valentine, Jim Valentine (Heidi) and Wendy Howard (Rick); and her grandchildren, David D'Angelo (Brit), Katie Manter (Ben), Emily Valentine, Steven Howard (Molly), Nate Howard and Jill Howard. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
