He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Willsey and Charlotte Willcox Willsey; his siblings, Elizabeth "Bette" Potter and Warren "Bill" Willsey; and his nephew John Potter.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Hayne; his children, Ryan, Billy, David (Lisa), Jeffrey, Daniel, Mitchell, Steven (Leah), Camila, James, Cyndi Ballas, Cooper, Camden and Teagan; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanne Conrad, Thomas Willsey, Jodie Heimgartner, John Willsey, Richard Potter and Steve Potter.
