She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Szewczuk; her father John Wasylkiw; and her brothers, Eugene and Roman. She is survived by: her daughter Anya Majeski (Greg) of Middle Haddam; her granddaughters, Sophia and Caroline; and her sister Irene Gancarz (Richard) of South Windsor.
