We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, Lee C. Milligan of Glastonbury, Connecticut, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband David G. Milligan; her parents, Harry E. Carpenter and Claire Carpenter (Flynn); her brother Robert Carpenter; and her brother-in-law Alan Weiner.

She is survived by : her children, Ted Milligan, Scott Milligan (Ayana) of Old Lyme, Daniel Milligan (Bridget) and Amy Bush (Chris) of Hebron; her grandchildren, Claire, Ryan, Sophie Bush, Clara and Greta Milligan; her sister Fay Carpenter of Fairfield; and her sister-in-law Karen Carpenter.
