He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gacek and Anne Gacek (Spodobalski); and his brother Joseph Gacek. He is survived by: his spouse Marcelline "Marcy" K. Gacek; and his brother David Gacek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
