She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kavanagh and Stella Kavanagh; and her sister Patricia Smith. She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Pelletier; her daughters, Jennifer Hedstrom (Jay) of Norfolk and Meaghan Stack (Daniel) of Upton, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Miles, Charlotte Hedstrom and Natalie Stack; her sister Dr. Barbara K. Haight; and her cousin Kelly Leech. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends.
