He is survived by: his spouse Maryann Simpson Cullina; his children, Kevin of Burbank, CA and Kelly (William Ullman) of East Haven, CT.; his grandchildren, Kia Cullina, Emily McNulty and Riley McNulty; his sister-in-law Karen Simpson (Fred Fritz) of West Hartford; his siblings, William Cullina (Teresa) and Annette LaVigne (Donald) of Enfield, CT.; and also Elaine of Burbank, CA.
