He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yanchek and Sylvia Yanchek (Durbin); and his son Christopher Yanchek. He is survived by: his children, John T. Yanchek, Jeffrey M. Yanchek and Stephanie Yanchek; his sisters, Audrey LaChapelle and Eva Griffin; and his granddaughter Mila.
