She was predeceased by: her husband Walter. She is survived by: her sisters, Olha Jakymiw of Wethersfield, CT and Dorothy Maksymiw of Ludlow, MA; her sons, Adrian Levsky (Virginia) of Longmeadow, MA and Mark Levsky (Diana) of Glastonbury, CT; and her grandchildren, Adrian (Brittney), Raissa (Andrew), Matthew, Jonathan (Amanda) and Justin (Brooke).
