She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Forsberg and Jeannette Forsberg (Truax); and her siblings, Rockney Forsberg and Brenda Beattie. She is survived by: her children, Delmar Cooke of Colchester, Darren Cooke (Pamela) of Waterford, Greg Cooke (Tammy Jo) of Glastonbury, Glenn Cooke of East Hampton and Dana Haussmann (Andreas) of Glastonbury; her brother Douglas Forsberg of Wyoming; and her friend Sue Chapman.
