She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marinelli and Palmira Marinelli (Urbanetti); her husband Joseph Derench; and her siblings, John Marinelli, Frank Marinelli, Mary Uriano, May Donahue and Nancy Derench.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Kathy) of Ellington and David of Manchester; her granddaughters, Julie Andrews (Mark), Brianne Jackopsic (Steve), Colleen Ceplenski (Sean) and Melanie Derench; her great grandchildren, Eva, Colton Andrews, Madelyn, Allie Jackopsic, Gavin and Lilliana Ceplenski; and her siblings, Louis Marinelli (Linda) and June Boains. She is also survived by several cousins, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Everyone is asked to wear masks and observe social distancing.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made in Esther's name to American Cancer Society, 111 Founders Plaza, 2nd Floor, East Hartford, CT 06108.
