He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelley and Agnes McKinney Kelley; his brother Robert Kelley (Marilla); and his nieces and nephews, Laurie Mankus, David, Lynn Rusczyk, Paul, Sandi Rusczyk, John, Merrily Rusczyk, Michael, Jennifer Biddle, Rick, Diane Carpenter, Jane Kelley and Kelly Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; and his sisters, Blanche Putnam and Elaine Rusczyk.
