It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha F. Shemansky of Glastonbury, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Shemansky; and her parents, Matthew Sabeskis and Catherine Sabeskis (Pockiosczki). She is survived by: her children, William M. Shemansky (Maria) of Union, CT, Karen Buck (Edward) of Somers, CT, Susan Knox (Gary) of Stafford Springs, CT and Phyllis Shemansky of Ashford, CT. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; and many loved nieces and nephews.
