She was predeceased by: her husband Angel L Velez; and her sons, Nelson Velez and Angel L Velez. She is survived by: her granddaughter Jennifer Velez-Scuderi; her children, Robert Velez (Sally) of Roxbury, CT and Carmen I Velez of Gaylordsville, CT; her grandchildren, Serena Nicole Velez, Jennifer Kathleen Velez, Robert Velez Jr. and Ashlin Velez; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Lea Velez.
