He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Michael Blair; his grandchildren, Jaxon Blair and Georgia Salmon; his siblings, Tom, Terry, Julie Bretz and Sally Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Parnell, Paul Parnell and Margaret Parnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
