He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woodward and Wanda Lusk Woodward; and his sister Mary Woodward. He is survived by: his former spouse Hollingsworth Woodward; his wife Dee; his daughter Lindsey Wetherell (Richard); his grandchildren, Hayden and Presley; his daughter Jessica Jackson; his great grandchild Joseph of Texas; his daughter Michelle Woodward; and his siblings, Steve Woodward (Lori), Dan Woodward (Diane), Chris Woodward (Sarah Richards) and Ruth Woodward.
