He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hammer and Marie Hammer. He is survived by: his wife Amy Hammer; his siblings, Barbara, Ron Stuitje, Diane, Ed Rosloniec, Helen and John Uplinger; his parents-in-law, Michael and Anne VanDreumel; his sister-in-law Theresa VanDreumel (Marcia Montano); and his friends, Christian Vanlaar, Will Dumont, Elias Illescas, Robert Sims, Joey Morales, Todd Rice, Hiram Elder and Chris Watson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
