She was predeceased by: her parent Chris Barnes; her former husband James Willard Purcell; and her brothers, Samuel and Martin Barnes. She is survived by: her mother Norma Barnes (Lyon); her husband Edward John Machinski; her children, Christine Purcell Keene (Jason), Patricia Mcdonald, James Purcell and Susan Purcell (Jose); and her siblings, Ronald Barnes (Donna), JoAnn Gibson (Harold) and Kimberly Demarse (Richard). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
