He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Griswold and Nelson Sr.; and his brothers, Nelson Jr. and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Alayne Drescher; his children, Marie and Dale II; and his nieces and nephews, Lee, Rich, Lynn and Melody.
