Charles Fitzsimmons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Fitzsimmons of Gales Ferry, Connecticut, who passed away on October 14, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fitzsimmons and Irene Avery (Nyquist); and his siblings, Elizabeth and Mark. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his stepdaughter Chelsea Nix (Jean-Pierre); his grandsons, Lucien and Gaspard; his stepchildren, Jonathan Henk and Corinne Henk Jojic (Vladimir); and his brothers, David (Kelly) and Chris (Daryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that all attendees wear masks and social distance to the extent possible.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Charlie's memory to the Ledyard Senior Center or Smilow Cancer Center in Waterford.
