He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman G. Hall and Sally Mae Hall; and his siblings, Parker, Bobby, Cecil, Ruth and Juanita.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Hostetler (David) of Colchester, CT and Garrett Hall (Jennifer) of Templeton, CA; and his grandchildren, Rigel, Merek Hall, Jade and Amber Hostetler.
Gary volunteered his time as a driver for the American Cancer Society until he was no longer able to do so.
