He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Ballot (Cohan). He is survived by: his spouse Emma Ballot; his father Robert; his stepchildren, Mark and Christina; his uncle Michael Pulitzer; and his brother Jamie. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
