She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislawa Balazy and Teofil Balazy; her brothers, Richard J. Balazy and Walter J. Balazy; and her nephews, Richard D. Balazy and Robert W. Balazy.

She is survived by: her niece Jean Ann Ward of Mesa. She is also survived by 2 great-nieces and 5 great-nephews.
