He was predeceased by: his parent Melvyn Hadfield; and his cousin Judy Prato. He is survived by: his parent Barbara Hadfield (Wilmer); his sisters, Virginia Hadfield of Farmington and Janet Hadfield of Farmington; and his cousins, Mark Prato, Miriam Shaw (Mike), Jason, Justin and Jennifer.
