Margaret Kerr Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2018, at the age of 89, Margaret Kerr (Farmington, Connecticut), born in Unionville, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Kerr to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Machuga and Hazel Machuga Holland (Jacques); her sons, Gregory, Michael and Edward; and her siblings, John Machuga, Joseph Machuga, Mary Marek (Machuga) and Jean Thebarge (Machuga).

She is survived by: her children, Colleen Kerr of Plainville, Lisa Zabel (Kevin) of Farmington, Stanley Kerr Jr. (Brooke) of Unionville, Christopher Kerr and Isabella; her grandchildren, Gregory, Rachel, Deirdre Zabel (Pete Slater), Ashley Foley (Mark), Helena, Emilina and Meghan; and her brother William Machuga (June). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Upon her diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, Margaret lovingly hand wrote all her family's favorite recipes and combined them into cookbooks to ensure they could be enjoyed for years to come.
