She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. LaForest; her parents, John Nowakowski and Antonina Nowakowski (Jankowski); and her siblings, Stella Steglinski and Charlie Nowakowski.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond M. LaForest II (Kathleen) of Plantsville and Jan LaForest-Roys (John) of Farmington; and her grandchildren, Raymond III, Corey and Kyle.
