He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Zawacki; his parents, Chester Zawacki and Mary Zawacki (Dascanio); and his brother-in-law John Grocki. He is survived by: his children, Christina Mathangani (David) and Scott Zawacki (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alexys Mathangani, William Mathangani and Tyler Zawacki; and his siblings, Bob Zawacki, Jean Grocki and Tom Zawacki (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
