He is survived by: his mother Krystyna Kolodziej of Farmington; his brother Waldemar-Stanislaw Kolodziej (Marianna) of Plainville; his nephew Marek Kolodziej of Avon; his niece Sylvia Shultz (Matthew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emmy, Tommy and Jackson of Avon; his sister Elzbieta Mulawka (Jerzy) of Farmington; his niece Ewelina Mulawka of South Carolina; and his nephew Wojtek Mulawka of Poland.
