She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew H. Kenealy, Jr.; her parents, George Wagstaff and Jane Wagstaff (Mertz); her children, Barbara Rockwell (Thomas) of Terryville and Matthew; and her siblings, Evelyn Fish (Wagstaff) and G. Albert Wagstaff.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Kearney (James) of Plainville, CT.; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Kenealy (Johnson) of State College, PA..
