He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John George Pethis and Chrysanthe Hajediakos; his wife Irene Asvestas; his daughter Cindi; his son-in-law Bill Samol of Avon; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Lori Pethis of Grand Prairie, TX; his grandchildren, Cristina Irene (Cain Bussolini) of Simsbury, Morgan, Kim Pethis and Nikolas Pethis (Velly); and his great grandchild Giana Irene Bussolini.
