Moffatt of Farmington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Jackson "Jack" and Mary Moffatt; his former wife Jenny Davia (JoAnn); his wife Anne Armstrong; his stepdaughter Colby Armstrong; and his sister Phyllis Moffatt Barile.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Moffatt (Tracy) of Naples, FL, Beth Moffatt of Naples, FL and Ken Moffatt of Bristol, CT; and his stepsons, David Armstrong (Rita) of Winchester, VA and Will Armstrong (Cindy) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and his 13 great-grandchildren.
