He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Jill Hammerberg (Robert), Nathan Laurie (Morgan), Samuel Stroud (Andrea), Maxfield and Peri H. Pogson (John Pogson); his granddaughters, Sarah Goldman (Laura) and Ellen Culberson (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Henry, Sylvie and Juliette; and his son-in-law Mark Fey.
