He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Callegari and Colomba Callegari (Inzani); and his sisters, Anna Rapaccioli, Piera Miserotti and Sandra Moresi.
He is survived by: his children, Enrico Callegari of Torrington, Ernesto Callegari (Susan) of East Lyme and Dorena Federici of Wethersfield; his grandchildren, Marina Callegari, Amanda Callegari, Brian Callegari, Vincent Federici (Siobhan), John Federici (Sheela), Dino Federici and Nicholas Federici (Hilary); and his siblings-in-law, Attilio Moresi of Lugagnano Val, Arda, Piero Rigolli of Argentina, Childe Cavaciutei of Paris, France and Gilda D'Appollonio of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
