He is survived by: his parents, Robert Joseph Boulay of Hartford, CT and Catherine "Kitty" Boulay (Fotes) of Great Falls; his wife Carolyn Boulay (Tanski); his children, Renata Noelle and Elias Gabriel; his sister Kyra Noel Boulay of Waterbury; his brothers-in-law, Paul Tanski (Eleanor Staib) of Newtown and James Tanski (Annemarie); his nieces and nephews, Elona and Ben of Plainville; his sister-in-law Rosemary Szot (Anthony); his nieces and nephews, Cordell and Skyler of Farmington; and his sister Gospel.
Donations to the children's college fund in Chris' memory may be made payable to Fidelity Investments and mailed to Carolyn Boulay.
