It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alina Radecki of Farmington, Connecticut, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alina Radecki to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Alina is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Radecki; and her parents, Romuald Fijolek and Janina Fijolek (Szyjewski). She is survived by: her daughter Krystyna Nowak (Darek) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Casey Nowak (Lyanne), Carolyn Nowak (Dale) and Cathleen Nowak (Matt); her great grandchild Leia; and her sister Eva Velasqez of Bristol.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes (332 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (31 Biruta St, New Britain, CT 06053).
