He is survived by: his wife Susan McCoy Kokoska of Newtown; his siblings, John Kokoska (Jay) of Pennsylvania, Frances Johnson of Missouri, Dorothy Bellefuille of Easton, Patricia Palmer (Bob) of Maryland, Maryann Belta (Greg) of Westport and Rosemarie Corr of Fairfield; and his sisters-in-law, Robin Burns (Richard) of Pennsylvania and Carole MacIntyre (Don) of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
