It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah M. Romano of Fairfield, Connecticut, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette DiPietro and John DiPietro; her husband Salvatore; and her siblings, Lillian DeMaio, John and Michael DiPietro.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Romano (Marti) of Moraga, California, Jo-Ann Metzinger (James) of Fairfield and Pamela Roman (William) of Trumbull; her grandchildren, Michael Romano and Sarah Cody (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Michaela and Cora. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
