She was predeceased by: her spouse Rene Polanco; her parents, Juana Ocasio and Antonio Flores; her siblings, Aida Hernandez, Juana Escalera, Jose "Puchin" Ocasio, Victor Ocasio, Heriberto Flores, Pedro Martinez, Antonio Flores Jr. and Miguel Marquez; and her stepdaughter Bianca Carawlanis (late Pete).
She is survived by: her children, Carmen "Mimi" Valderrama (Roy Garcia) and Eduardo "Tito" Valderrama (Carmen N. Valderrama) of Bridgeport, CT.; her grandchildren, Jamila Vegas, Tiffany Valderrama, Jayden Valderama, Erin Harper Valderrama, Shayla Harper Valderrama and Ratita Dennis Valderrama; her great grandchildren, Bryce Durden, Brooklyn Edwards, Mia Harper and Ariana Rosalene Falero; her sisters, Isabel Burgos, Teresa Franco and Maria Ocasio; her extended family Rene Polanco Jr. (Aida); her daughter-in-law Carmen N. Valderrama; her niece Carmen Hernandez; and her sisters, Theresa and Chele. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
