She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Whiting and Edmund Whiting; her husband Thomas Dexter Lenci; her siblings, William (Nat), Richard (Emma) and Marion (Frank); her in-laws, Louise Dexter and Thomas Alonzo Lenci; her siblings-in-law, Janet Richardson Lenci, Shirley Cunnick and William Cunnick; her niece Jeannie Whiting; and her great-nephew Geoff Blaskey.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Jenkins (Jay), Thomas Lenci (Susan) and Donald; her grandchildren, Jason Jenkins, Brooke, Brandon Clark, Ryan, Ashley Jenkins, Allie, Jonathan Bryan, Taylor and Michael Assaraf; her siblings-in-law, Gordon Lenci (Beverly Sutton) and Gloria Cunnick; and her great grandchildren, Kaela, Kendall Jenkins, Noah, Ezra, Zoe Clark, Ella, Landon, Meyer Jenkins, Wesley, Sophie, Juniper Bryan, Milo and Levi Assaraf.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Southport Congregational Church (524 Pequot Ave, Southport, CT 06890).
