She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ward and Harriet Ward; her siblings, Nelson Ward, Stanley Jones, Nathaniel Ward, Edith Newton and Charlotte Ward; her nieces, Renee and Renae Newton; and her adoptive mother Hope Wyatt.
She is survived by: her cousins, Tyrone Thompson, Theresa Thompson, Stroud Thompson and Xavier Thompson; and her grandchildren, Jescie Holmes and Isaiah Stradford.
