He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Harbor and Rosa Harbor of Greenville; his legal guardians, Genie Wilson and Sallie Atkins; and his siblings, Ralph Heard, Roosevelt Heard, Virginia Heard Robinson, Leon Harbor, Leonard Harbor, Lynette Harbor, James Richard Harbor, Bobby Heard, Jimmy Heard and Robert Heard.
He is survived by: his wife Olive Harbor; his stepson Ray Morrison (Shelby); his siblings, Hilda Heard Vanstory and Ronald Harbor; and his siblings-in-law, Garnett Williams (Doreen), Linda Williams (Baldwin) and Claudette Beamon. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
