He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline C. Paul; his parents, Andrew Paul Sr. and Mary Paul; and his siblings, Robert Paul and Judith Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Maria) of Fairfield and Ellen Pitoniak (John) of Stratford; his grandchildren, Ryan Pitoniak (Lynne) of Trumbull, Lora Hayes, Michael Paul Jr. and Stephen Paul; his sister Barbara Lattanze of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Emma Pitoniak, Jack Pitoniak and Dylan Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
