She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grassi and Mary Baldino Grassi; her husband James Kowats; and her siblings, Marguerite Pelletier and John Grassi.
She is survived by: her children, James Kowats (Sue) and Janice Kowats; her grandchildren, Jenny (Kevin) and James (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Megan, Lucy and Avery Mae.
