He is survived by: his wife Mellicent; his children, Tracy Perrapato (Scott) and Chris Hawke (Charmaine); his grandchildren, Kyle, Jenna Perrapato, Ryan (Karla) and Casey; his great grandchildren, Simon, Elliott and Olive Hawke; and also Mellicent Hawke (Whitlock).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational Church of Essex or Shoreline Soup Kitchen and Pantries.
