He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerrit Pool and Muriel Sugnet Pool of Greenwich, CT.; his friend Tommy Green; his wife Roberta L. Pool; his children, Leslie Hutchins (David) of Madison, CT, Lori Lenz (Rich) of Deep River, CT, Kari Petrovic (Marc), Charles Pool (Darryl Randall) of Miami, FL, Jennie Asaro (Joseph) of Randolph, NJ and Bridget Pool (Scott McKinley) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Rob, Phoebe, Kevin, Josef, Kay, Edward, Peter, Michael and Daniel; his brothers, Paul Pool (Barbara), Gerrit Hendrik Pool and Edward Pool; and also Taffy. He was also cherished by his six children, their spouses, and his nine grandchildren.
He shared each of these celebrations through the pandemic lockdown via a daily family "Zoom at Noon," making new memories with his family both near and far, including a continued friendship with his first wife, Margaret Driscoll.
