She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kiernan and Catherine Kiernan (Phalen); and her sister Eileen Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Frederick C. Decker; her sons, Frederick C. Decker II (Marsha) of Dover, DE, John P. Decker of Deep River, CT and Peter J. Decker (Maria) of Essex, CT.; her daughters-in-law, Susan Watson, Susan Decker of Windham and Kathleen; her grandchildren, Shawn, Erik, Erin, Evan, Emily, Jason, Kyle, Ragan, Jacob and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Mariah, Lyric, Jayden, Eloria, Ericka, Aryana, Sophia and Michael.
