He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Marano and Mary Louise Fuscaldo; and his wife Nancy Laine. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Anne Marano (Scott Wells) and Kristin Marie Marano (Ryan Potts); his grandchildren, Griffin Thomas, Sebastien Barth Wells, Ellie and Annie Potts; and his brother Gary David Marano (Deborah Frederick Marano). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Nancy Laine Marano Endowed Scholarship Fund at Southern Connecticut State University.
