With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francelia M. Francis of Essex, Connecticut, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert C. McKee and Laura Lukens McKee; her husband James D. Francis; her children, D. Christopher Francis of Peabody, MA and Sarah F. Holmes; her son-in-law Roger W. Holmes of Norfolk, MA; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Holmes, Emily Holmes, Charlotte Holmes and Tessa Francis.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Celia's name to Planned Parenthood.
